To combat the looming retirement crisis, the SECURE Act was passed in 2019, offering benefits to employers who offer retirement plans and employees to participate in those plans. Three years later, SECURE Act 2.0 has passed and is expanding incentives and opportunities for workplace retirement plans throughout the country.
