Paychex Demonstrates Commitment to Cincinnati Community with $350,000 Gift to United Way

CINCINNATI (April 16, 2025) – Paychex, Inc. (Nasdaq: PAYX), an industry-leading human capital management (HCM) company, today announced a $350,000 gift to the United Way of Greater Cincinnati. The announcement comes as Paychex marked the successful completion of its acquisition of Paycor HCM, Inc. earlier in the week.

The gift, made through the Paychex Charitable Foundation, demonstrates Paychex’s commitment to supporting communities where employees live and work, which now includes Cincinnati. Last year, the Paychex Charitable Foundation awarded 120 grants totaling $2.3 million to non-profit organizations across the U.S.

In addition to the gift to United Way of Greater Cincinnati, Paychex announced a $100,000 funding commitment to the causes Paycor associates care about. An employee nomination and voting process will begin in late April to award the funds.

Gibson and Adam Ante, senior vice president of Paycor, presented the gift to Weir while in Cincinnati to mark the successful completion of the acquisition.
