Brad Kaluzna

Brad Kaluzna joined Paychex in 2024 and serves as vice president of HCM solution sales for the enterprise market. In this role, Kaluzna is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic vision that will help enterprise businesses meet their human capital management needs.

Kaluzna came to Paychex with more than 20 years of experience in B2B sales leadership and sales operations with software companies focused on human capital management (HCM), workforce management, and supply management solutions. His career includes serving as a chief revenue officer at Blue Ridge Global, a supply chain planning software, and Smartlinx, a healthcare workforce platform. Kaluzna also has senior executive leadership experience at ADP, where he led the BPO/RPO sales organization in the enterprise segment with his team driving quota achievements and growing sales and new unit contributions.

Kaluzna holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University. He also serves as a strategic advisor for Greenridge Growth Partners, an Austin-based private equity firm focused on enterprise software and tech-enabled services.
