Stephen Dombrowski

Stephen Dombrowski leads the Payroll Tax Compliance and Financial Compliance efforts for the Compliance Risk management organization at Paychex. A 28-year Paychex veteran, his teams are responsible for managing relationships with all federal, state, and local taxing authorities and financial/banking regulators as well as functioning as the liaison to legislative and regulatory matters affecting the firm’s payment processing, payroll processing and tax filing platforms. In addition, Stephen currently serves as an officer and member of the Board of Directors for the National Payroll Reporting Consortium (NPRC).
