Jillienne Allgauer

Jillienne Allgauer is an HR Business Partner with Paychex HR Pro Services. She possesses over 20 years of HR and Management experience within Paychex and in the non-profit Chamber of Commerce space. She is a designated Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute, a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for HR Management (SHRM), and achieved the SHRM specialty credential in Conducting Workplace Investigations. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Geneseo as well as her B2 Level German Language Certificate through the Goethe Institute.
