Paychex revelará mejoras en la experiencia del usuario móvil, análisis de recursos humanos en Conferencia de HR Technology
Paychex, Inc., a leading provider of integrated human capital management solutions of payroll, HR, retirement, and insurance services, will be exhibiting at Human Resource Executive’s 19th annual HR Technology Conference and Exposition at McCormick Place in Chicago, Ill., Oct. 4-7, where it will showcase new Paychex Flex® enhancements that will address two of the HR industry’s biggest trends – mobile user experience (UX) and HR analytics.
Paychex Flex is a full suite that covers the employee life cycle from recruiting and onboarding to retirement, streamlining workforce management through innovative technology and flexible choice of service. While in Chicago, Paychex will demonstrate the “Power of X,” which delivers a rich, powerful user experience across the human capital management (HCM) spectrum. That experience will now include an upgraded mobile interface for employers and employees, as well as an enhanced analytics offering for HR administrators.
“Paychex is committed to meeting the growing needs of our clients and delivering cutting-edge solutions that will ultimately benefit the productivity of their businesses,” said Andy Childs, Paychex vice president of marketing. “Catering to a more mobile workforce, as well as arming HR administrators with the tools they need to make more informed business decisions are two rapidly growing trends across the HCM industry. Paychex has developed enhancements to address both areas and very much looks forward to sharing them in more detail at next week’s HR Tech Conference and Expo.”
At the conference, attendees can visit the Paychex booth (#630) to see a demo of Paychex Flex, including the enhancements to the mobile UX and HR analytics, and learn more about the comprehensive suite of services the company offers to help employers manage the lifecycle of every employee.
In addition to in-booth activities, Paychex experts will be participating in a pair of speaking engagements at the conference. Vice president of human resources and organizational development Laurie Zaucha will help kick off this year’s HR Tech Conference with her participation in a pre-conference session entitled “Women in HR Technology.” Zaucha will join female HR executives from some of the industry’s top companies in a discussion that will highlight how women have broken barriers in technology leadership and how to foster more equality in technology roles.
Zaucha has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources executive. In her current role, she is responsible for all aspects of Paychex’s human resources and organizational development, as well as the company’s training department.
Paychex senior vice president of IT, product management and development Mike Gioja will participate in the panel “Payroll 2.0: Innovation in the First HR Technology Application.” During the panel presentation, participants will share their insights on how payroll has evolved over time to provide more value to an organization.
Gioja is a senior executive with more than 35 years of experience in product management and strategy, as well as software and information technology. During his time at Paychex, Gioja has led his teams through the creation of product road maps and the launch of Paychex Flex.
