Adam Ante

Adam Ante was named senior vice president of Paycor following the close of the Paychex’s acquisition of Paycor in April 2025. In this role, he is responsible for Paycor’s long-term strategy and ensuring success into the next era.

As the former Paycor chief financial officer, Ante focused on building a performance-driven organization that enabled decision-making and could scale to meet ambitious goals. Prior to joining Paycor, Ante held various leadership roles with Vantiv, including as a line-of-business CFO, M&A, investor relations, planning and analytics.

Ante holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Xavier University. Ante spent eight years in the U.S. Army Reserve and has held positions on the Board of Directors for Heartprints, a non-profit organization that works to improve the lives of youth, families and communities by diminishing educational poverty, and has served on the program review committee for the United Way of Greater Cincinnati.
